Overview Of Cyber Law - Session held in Vivekananda College (Autonomous) Puttur

Programme on Cyber Law organised in Vivekananda College of Arts, Science & Commerce(Autonomous) Puttur. On December 19, 2022, the Department of Business Administration and Management Association organised an awareness programme on the theme "Overview of Cyber Law" in collaboration with the Vivekananda Law College Legal Aid Committee. The purpose of the event was to raise awareness of cybersecurity and related concerns. On the last day of "SAMARTHA-2022," a One Week Capacity Building Workshop, organised by Department of Business Administration, in association with IQAC, with the theme "TECH SKILLS DAY", Two technical sessions were conducted successfully. The session on "Google Forms & Email Writing" was led by Ms. Deepika S., Assistant Professor, Department of Business Administration, Vivekananda college of Arts, Science & Commerce (Autonomous) Puttur, and another session with the topic "MS Powerpoint" were conducted by Mr.Kishan N. Rao, Assistant Professor,  Dept. of Business Administration, Vivekananda college of Arts, Science & Commerce (Autonomous) Puttur, and also he is the "Staff Co-coordinator" of "SAMARTHA-2022" workshop. In the event of "SAMARTHA-2022," a One Week Capacity Building Workshop, organised by Department of Business Administration, in association with IQAC. The Sixth day with the theme "FLUENT TALKING DAY", a session on "Professional Communication" was led by Sri. Balakrishna H., Assistant Professor & HOD, Department of English, Vivekananda College of Arts, Science & Commerce, (Autonomous), Puttur. According to Mr. Balakrishna, effective communication requires a blend of 10% words, 30% tone and tuning, and 60% body language. He indicates that only by properly combining these parts in the right ratio can one succeed in communication. He claims that a language's user is an engineer or architect. To ensure that right language is used in communication, one should properly organise their ideas and employ grammar and intelligent usage.

The Fifth Day with the theme "LIFE ENRICHMENT DAY", Two motivational and resourceful sessions were conducted successfully. The session on "Time Management & Multi-Tasking Skills" was led by Dr. Vijaya Saraswathi, Coordinator, P.G. Departmet of Commerce, Vivekananda college of Arts, Science & Commerce (Autonomous) Puttur, and another session with the topic "Stress Management" were conducted by Dr. Maithri Bhat, Assistant Professor,  Dept. of Kannada, and Counsellor, Counseling Cell, Vivekananda college of Arts, Science & Commerce (Autonomous) Puttur.
