Day 5# "LIFE ENRICHMENT DAY" - "SAMARTHA-2022" One Week Capacity Building Workshop.

In the event of "SAMARTHA-2022," a One Week Capacity Building Workshop, organised by Department of Business Administration, in association with IQAC. The Fifth Day with the theme "LIFE ENRICHMENT DAY", Two motivational and resourceful sessions were conducted successfully. The session on "Time Management & Multi-Tasking Skills" was led by Dr. Vijaya Saraswathi, Coordinator, P.G. Departmet of Commerce, Vivekananda college of Arts, Science & Commerce (Autonomous) Puttur, and another session with the topic "Stress Management" were conducted by Dr. Maithri Bhat, Assistant Professor,  Dept. of Kannada, and Counsellor, Counseling Cell, Vivekananda college of Arts, Science & Commerce (Autonomous) Puttur.

According to Dr. Vijaya Saraswathi, each and every second of the day is significant. To genuinely be pleased in life, one must devote time to thinking about oneself rather than others. She said that the majority of individuals struggle with time management and failed to succeed in life because they are unable to identify their priorities.

Due to her 20 years of teaching expertise and popularity as a public speaker, her presentation was seen to be more professional. She shared a variety of useful tips and practises that students could apply in their daily lives to better manage their time and multitask.

Dr. Maithri Bhat resumed the second session on the subject of stress management. According to Dr. Maithri, stress cannot be eliminated or avoided because it always enters everyone's life. However, stress may be managed with the right stress reduction methods. She claimed that when faced with a stressful circumstance, individuals tend to flee rather than confront it, so instead of running away from stress, a person with willpower could deal with it.

Even the session was highly professional and educational because Dr. Maithri provided several stress management strategies from her expertise and counselling experience that were appropriate for the students.
