Day 2# "COMPUTER LITERACY DAY" - "SAMARTHA-2022" One Week Capacity Building Workshop.

In the event of "SAMARTHA-2022," a One Week Capacity Building Workshop, organised by Department of Business Administration, in association with IQAC. The Second day with the theme "COMPUTER LITERACY DAY", Two technical, hands-on sessions were conducted successfully. The session on "Basic Computer Technical Skills" was led by Ms. Banupriya, Assistant Professor,  Department of Computer Science, Vivekananda college of Arts, Science & Commerce (Autonomous) Puttur, and another technical session with the topic "MS Word & MS Excel" were conducted by Mr.Kishan N. Rao, Assistant Professor,  Dept. of Business Administration, and Training and Placement officer, Vivekananda college of Arts, Science & Commerce (Autonomous) Puttur, and also he is the "Staff Co-coordinator" of "SAMARTHA-2022" workshop.

Ms. Banupriya has covered the essential information regarding computers, including their core hardware and software. She educated the students on all the technical aspects of computers, which are essentially necessary for job.

Mr. Kishan N. Rao continued the session by outlining how these computer programmes are used in the corporate world. In the computer lab, he offered the students hands-on experience with MS Word and Excel and helped them to comprehend the technical aspects of the computer.

The students were able to witness the inner workings of a computer as a result of the introductory as well as the hands-on practical session, which was deemed both useful and enlightening.

Rotary Club Pharangipete in association with the Department of Business Administration and IQAC, Vivekananda College Puttur (Autonomous) has organized a one-day workshop on "LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES AFTER SSLC" for the students of Shree Rama Higher Primary School, Arkula, Pharangipete on 10 September 2022, Saturday.  Mr. Kishan N.
