The session on Voter Enrollment Drive conducted in Vivekananda College (Autonomous) Puttur.

Nov 21:Voter enrollment programme was conducted by the Department of Business Administration in Vivekananda College of Arts, Science & Commerce (Autonomous) Puttur, on 21 November 2022. 

The Programme was hosted by Ms.Deepika, Assistant Professor, Business Administration. Mr.Pramod, Convener of Electoral Literacy Club.

Ms.Rekha.P, HOD of Department of Business Administration was present in this programme. The introduction to this programme was given by Pr.Vishnu Ganapathi Bhat, Principal of Vivekananda College of Arts, Science & Commerce (Autonomous) Puttur. He spoke the meaning of  Voting as "Voting is a method by which a group, such as a meeting or an electorate, can engage for the purpose of making a collective decision or expressing an opinion usually following discussions, debates or election campaigns."

Through this session, the college was trying to achieve 100% of voter's enrollment. The programme was effective as nearly 40 students enrolled the voter's drive. Mr.Gautham Pai, Assistant Professor of Business Administration gave the conclusion to this programme.

For that, the habit of reading daily newspapers should be adopted” conveyed by Dr. Arun Prakash , Head of Department of Economics. Rotary Club Pharangipete in association with the Department of Business Administration and IQAC, Vivekananda College Puttur (Autonomous) has organized a one-day workshop on "LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES AFTER SSLC" for the students of Shree Rama Higher Primary School, Arkula, Pharangipete on 10 September 2022, Saturday.  Mr. Kishan N.
